Daiki Aluminium Industry Co. Ltd Signs MoU with Chennai Institute of Technology for Academic Collaboration and Internships
Daiki Aluminium Industry India Private Limited is pleased to announce that its parent company, Daiki Aluminium Industry Co. Ltd., Japan-a 100-year-old global leader in secondary aluminium alloy production-has entered a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Chennai Institute of Technology (CIT).
This collaboration establishes a framework for internship opportunities and academic cooperation, strengthening industry-academia ties and fostering future talent development.
The MoU aims to provide students with industrial exposure and practical learning opportunities while strengthening academia-industry collaboration between CIT and Daiki Aluminium Industry Co. Ltd. It encourages knowledge exchange in manufacturing, materials engineering, recycling, alloys, and industrial processes, supports international learning and cross-cultural exposure, and explores future recruitment and technical collaboration opportunities.
The MoU was signed between Chennai Institute of Technology (CIT), represented by Mr. Sriram (Chairman, CIT), supported by Mr. Gokul (Director, CIT), and Daiki Aluminium Industry Co. Ltd., Japan, represented by Mr. Kosuke Uchida (Managing Director of the Indian subsidiary), supported by Mr. Khaja Rafi (Senior Manager - HR & GA), Mr. Ajay Lakshman Pentyala (Company Secretary), Mr. Thiyagu (Deputy Divisional Manager), and Mr. Sunil (Assistant Sales Manager).
This MoU shall take effect from June 1, 2026, and will remain valid for a period of five (5) years.
